I have always had an interest in hearing the stories people tell about themselves. Our stories are the windows that allow others to peek in and see who we really are.

I have always had a passion for connecting with and caring for people. I enjoy spending time with clients, learning how I can best support them on the journey toward growth, wholeness, and healing.

It would be an honor to sit with you and allow you to tell me your story. My hope is to be able to walk with you through your journey towards healing and wholeness, allowing yourself to feel like you.

I believe in the beauty and sacredness of each person’s story, and I consider it an honor to be invited into the stories of my clients.

Life can be hard, and sometimes feel relentless. However, it can make all the difference when you know that you are not alone and have someone there with you.

I believe healing happens in the context of relationship and connection, in experiencing the compassion of others and growing in compassion for ourselves.

Life is messy. I am in this profession to walk alongside my clients in their messiest moments and help them feel supported and seen in those experiences.
