Life often holds both beauty and pain, and at times, the pain can feel heavier. I believe, however, that even in the midst of hardship, unexplainable joy and hope are possible. I am passionate about working with adults, couples, children, and caregivers as they navigate life’s valleys and mountaintops. I have a particular interest in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, parenting challenges, and life transitions.
I strive to create a compassionate, safe space where clients can share their stories, make meaning from their experiences, and feel deeply seen and understood. My own journey of pain and healing led me to pursue a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Denver Seminary, and I am honored to continue that journey as an intern at Emerge Counseling Center.
Outside of the office, I enjoy curling up with my dog and a good book, or exploring the beautiful state of Colorado with my husband.
