September Session: Thursdays, September 4th - September 18th
October Session: Thursdays, October 2nd - October 23rd
Who: Open to All. Beginners, counseling professionals, and students are encouraged to join.
What: A 45-minute gentle, trauma informed, yoga class to help gain awareness and change the relationship between your mind and body.
Where: In-person at the NEW yoga studio at Emerge Counseling Center (6740 E. Hampden Ave, Suite 208)
When: Thursdays, 7:15-8 pm
Cost: General Public $15/ class ($60 for 4-week session)
Emerge Clients $13/class ($52 for 4-week session)
Clinicians and Counseling Students $10/class ($40 for 4-week session)
** $5 off if you buy the 4-week package at once
