I have been a part of the Emerge Counseling Center team since 2022 and immersed in the counseling world since 2018, when I decided to return to graduate school for clinical mental health counseling after many years at home with my three beautiful children. Building on previous clinical work, I currently enjoy contributing to many aspects of this healing profession at an administrative level in my role as the practice manager at Emerge. I am honored to be a part of a compassionate and dedicated team and find it a privilege to support our clients and counselors behind the scenes so logistical issues don’t spill into the counseling space unnecessarily.
When I am not writing emails or frantically trying to demystify the world of billing and insurance, I am walking, listening to podcasts, puzzling, baking, or trying to convince my family that popcorn and a green juice smoothie is an acceptable and well-balanced option for a healthy dinner.
